Assurance
Project Assurance
Independent oversight of a program you're already running — our assurance framework applied to someone else's delivery.
Why programs need an outside check
Internal programs often lack a genuinely independent checkpoint — someone with no stake in reporting good news, whose job is to test whether the plan actually holds up. Without it, problems tend to surface late, when they're expensive to fix.
How we approach it
We apply our own discovery-design-rehearsal-delivery framework as a review layer over your program — validating assumptions, reviewing the cutover plan, and checking that a go-live decision is backed by rehearsal evidence rather than momentum.
